How can I regain access to my account after losing access to my email?

If you can't access the email address you signed up with, you may still be able to get back into your Sylingo account. 

Try these steps to regain access to your account.

If you can still log in:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Email address field.
  3. Enter the new email you want to associate with your account.
  4. Click Save.

A confirmation message will be sent to your new email address shortly. Your email address will be updated once you select Confirm your email in that message.

If you can't log in, please contact us with the following:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your previous email address.
  3. Your new email address.

Once we get that information, we can update your email address and help you regain access to your account.
